We need for someone who can help answer our support emails that we receive. 90% of the questions we receive from our clients are very basic, asking for general support info like how to setup their domain name, name servers, ftp…etc. Average time to write an email response is under 3 minutes. One day you may get 2 emails and another you may get 30, it all depends, and we are expanding so we expect business to pickup.
1) MUST have experience using cPanel / Web Host Manager
2) MUST have experience with servers.
3) MUST have a reasonable response time.
