Tableau - Create chart showing phone call averages

We operate a small call centre and need to know the average call volumes in 60, 30 & 15 minute increments throughout the day. Using Tableau version 10. Create vertical bar charts to represent the following: 1. Average call volume by day of the week. For each day of the week what is the average number of calls. One bar for each day of the week. 2. Average day call volume using only data for Mon to Fri. For Mon to Fri only what is the average number of calls. One bar for each interval starting at 0:00 and ending at 24:00: a. In 60-minute intervals (each bar = 60 min) b. In 30-minute intervals (each bar = 30 min) c. In 15-minute intervals (each bar = 15 min) 3. For each week day what is the average number of calls. One section for each day and inside the section, one bar for each interval starting at 0:00 and ending at 24:00: a. In 60-minute intervals (each bar = 60 min) b. In 30-minute intervals (each bar = 30 min) c. In 15-minute intervals (each bar = 15 min) 4. Total number of calls received by week. 5. Average call duration a. Overall b. By day of the week c. AM (morning) vs PM (afternoon) Data set attached. We will run this report regularly when we get updated datasets so build with this in mind. Also attached is an example chart - this is how we want the charts to look.
