We're a US-based recruitment company that helps businesses hire talented professionals across different industries. Candidates are hired and paid through us, and we use our own recruitment platform to manage the entire hiring process. We're looking for a reliable recruiter who can become an extension of our team. This is a remote role where you'll be the main point of contact for candidates, helping them move smoothly through the hiring process from application to onboarding. What You'll Do Reach out to candidates through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. Follow up regularly to keep candidates engaged and on track. Help candidates understand and complete the required steps in our recruitment portal. Answer candidate questions and provide guidance throughout the process. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews and communicate updates between candidates and our team. Keep candidate records and notes organized and up to date. A big part of this role is making sure candidates don't get lost in the process. Good communication and consistent follow-up are essential. What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and knows how to keep conversations moving. You'll likely be a great fit if you: Have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing. Communicate confidently and professionally in English. Are comfortable making calls and sending follow-up messages. Can manage multiple candidates at different stages of the hiring process. Are organized, dependable, and proactive. Work well independently without constant supervision. Nice to Have: Experience recruiting for technical or IT-related positions Familiarity with software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, or similar roles. Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment platforms.
