Talent Acquisition Manager (On-Site, Lahore)

Vertex Group is hiring an on-site Talent Acquisition Manager based in Lahore to own end-to-end recruiting for our growing team of setters, closers, and support staff across our B2B marketing and consulting brands (Vertex Media, Novate). You'll manage the full hiring pipeline — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates — working closely with department leads to fill roles quickly with high-quality, commission-ready talent. Experience recruiting for sales or agency roles is a strong plus. Must be based in and able to work in-person from Lahore.
