HR Recruiter Needed for Indian market

I’m seeking an independent recruiter with a strong network in the technology sector to help me secure top-tier candidates for three immediate openings: Software Developer, Data Scientist and IT Support Specialist. You’ll take full ownership of the hiring funnel—from crafting an engaging job post through to final offer negotiation—so I can stay focused on product delivery while you deliver the talent. My expectation is a proactive search strategy that mixes LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow and relevant tech meet-ups or communities. I’d like to see evidence of thoughtful sourcing, rigorous screening and the ability to present candidates who not only match the hard skills but also demonstrate solid communication and problem-solving abilities. Deliverables • A short-list (3–5 qualified profiles) for each role with screening notes • Weekly status updates outlining outreach metrics and pipeline health • Coordination of interviews, feedback collection and reference checks until hire Acceptance Criteria I’ll consider the engagement successful once each position is filled with a candidate who passes our technical assessment and remains employed through the first 30 days.
