I’m in the middle of registering a corporation on the Canada Border Services Agency’s CARM Client Portal. Ive made it past the GC Key. The next step – Portal Registration, Enrol in a Program – asks questions about previous transactions and balance, which I can't answer. The last time I bought parts abroad was quite a few years ago. I need someone who already knows the quirks of CARM and can walk me through the exact steps (or browser/security tweaks) that will let me sign in consistently and finish the Program enrolment. If there are back-end settings or CRA account links that typically cause this issue, I’ll rely on you to pinpoint and remedy them. Acceptance will be simple: once I can finish the CARM enrolment program and have my current shipment cleared, the job is done.
