The work is 100 % real-time chat—no phone calls or email threads—with conversations handled through Intercom and Zendesk. Day-to-day you’ll be inside the console answering questions about trip status, payments, incentives, onboarding, and the usual “my driver can’t find me” moments, all while keeping response time under one minute and CSAT at 90 % or better. Conversations that need specialist attention are escalated through a one-click macro; everything else you’ll resolve on the spot by following the playbooks I provide.
