I need an experienced programmer who can work on-site at my facility in Noida to design and commission a complete Mitsubishi PLC & Proface HMI solution that will fully automate our assembly line. The hardware—Mitsubishi PLC (FX/ Q series) and a Proface GP series touch panel—is already installed and wired; your task is to create, load, and fine-tune the logic and screen sets that will drive the line without manual intervention. i have Proface HMI: PFXGP4402WADW, and Mitsubishi PLC: FX5U32, Printer: G500USE, Godex I will provide my system online and need this support The scope covers everything from writing structured ladder / STL code for each station, building intuitive HMI screens for operators, interlocking safety devices, and running live trials until throughput and cycle-time targets are met. I will provide the functional sequence, I/O list, and any existing partial code; you will handle programming, debugging, and on-site handover. recipe creation with model numbers, in HMI and Data logging in USB pendrive from HMI and bar code printing using godex printer Acceptance will be based on: • Smooth, error-free start-up of the entire assembly line • All alarms, counters, and recipes visible and operable through the Proface panel • Comprehensive documentation: annotated PLC project, HMI source files, and a brief commissioning report If you are comfortable with Mitsubishi GX Works2/3 and Proface GP-Pro EX and can be in Noida for the duration of the job, I’m ready to get started right away.
