This clerical role requires someone with strong computer, communication and organizational skills to work with documents, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with the construction project team. 100% of the job will be done online. You will be provided with access to project's cloud storage for work
Job description includes :
1. keeping track of important project documents like project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts and drawings;
2. creating reports, TQR, MST, MSA and other required documents for construction managers;
3. keeping documentation safe and backed up;
4. performing data entry tasks when project documents need updates.
5. distributing project documents to managers, vendors and team members;
6. converting paper documents to an electronic format;
7. keeping files organized by project;
8. documenting meetings and uploading documents to the web.
1. must be working on Upwork on full time basis
2. must be available anytime required
3. can communicate and work efficiently
4. be able to work and produce documents in short turnaround time
5. fluency in written and spoken English
6. good skills with PDF, Words, Excel and Dropbox
7. must have at least 5 years experience in construction project document control
8. explain the basic document types in your application otherwise you will be disqualified
