Math derivation of annular plate in bending

A very detailed, showing all the steps, derivation of the bending of an annular plate. A bending moment is applied to the center radius and the outer radius can either be restrained (zero slope and zero displacement) or flexible (zero displacement).

The derivation should start from first principles, a element in the plate, derive the general differential equations, and then apply the appropriate boundary conditions to come to the more general solution.

Solution should include simplification of a constant thickness plate and a more general derivation where the plate thickness is reprented by a continuous function.

Included in the attachement is the derivation translated from a German thesis but does not detail all the steps and is not clearly written in English.

With final solution I sould be able to calculate the stresses at any point, stiffness of the plate, and bending moment resulting from a given deflection of the center radius of the annulus.

Needs to be written in clear and correct technical English.
