My house stands out as the most beautiful home among the neighboring homes. I named it the White Palace because of its brilliant white color painted on the outside. The White Palace has two primary hierarchies, the public space, and the private space. Each of these hierarchies constitutes 4-well defined rooms and a stairway. In total, the White Palace has eight rooms and a garage. One of my favorite rooms is the Panic room, a specially designed room that one can hide in case of a terrorist attack or a breaking-in incident into the house. The room is fitted with cameras that monitor the other rooms and the compound to the outside.
The conservatory is a glass-fitted room, popping out from the living room where one can enjoy the sunset. The guest room that I named the spare room houses two fancy beds where visiting guests can rest. The living room located at the center of the house is the main room in the White Palace where I spend most of the time during the exhibition and my emergency visit, alone or with visiting friends. The dining is a superior room for taking meals. It is close to the kitchen, the Chef's room, where all the cooking takes place.
Another special room is the mudroom, located at the main door's entry, where everybody entering the house takes off their shoes or extra clothing. The bathroom that I named the water closet is where one can take a bath or relief themselves. The study room is found at the far right, constituting only reading materials, a chair, and a locker. The final room is the bedroom that I named the bed-chamber because that is where one can enjoy a peaceful sleep. All the rooms in the White Palace have acoustically textured ceiling, creating a customary horizontal match to the floor. The floor is made of wood, painted with dark brown color. All the windows have translucent panes where somebody outside cannot catch a glimpse to the inside.
I rarely sleep in the White Palace because I use it primarily for public exhibitions during the last five months of the year. The White Palace has a fantastic smell from the rosy air freshener I apply for a good breath. Indeed, I did not build the White Palace. I hired special contractors to do the work for me, which took approximately a year.
