I have 9 years of experience working with Cisco IP-Telephony solutions, both enterprise-level (CUCM-based) and small-business (CUCM Express based). The latter is very similar to UC500-series. Have an experience in writing VoiceXML and TCL scripts for Autoattendant as well as programming Autoattendants based on Cisco voicemail solutions (Unity Express, Unity Connection) I have access to all the phone firmware and localization files if needed.
