I need a call center to purchase event tickets (sports, concert, broadway) using a predictive dialer. The dialer needs to use multiple phone lines to connect to the ticketing system.
Once connected, your phone room workers will use account information that I supply to purchase tickets. You will need 15 English-speaking employees to purchase the tickets. The employee’s gender must match the account information I supply. Males & females will be needed.
The calling session will last less than 30 minutes and will take place on January 30. Tickets will sell out very quickly. Your call center and predictive dialer must be able to place thousands of calls in a matter of seconds. This is the only way for this project to be successful.
Your project bid should be your fee for each group of 4 tickets that your call center can acquire. You will be paid this amount for each order of 4 tickets that you are able to successfully purchase. Maximum amount paid will be for 15 orders (or 60 tickets total).
+ Multiple phone lines required; the more, the better
+ Call center time clock must be synced to ticketing system
+ All phone calls placed immediately when tickets go on sale
+ Workers must speak excellent English
+ We provide all account information for the purchases
+ Helpful if each call center station has a computer with high speed internet
+ Paid per successful ticket purchase
+ Payments made via PayPal within 48 hours of ticket confirmation
+ Previous experience with ticket purchases is helpful
