Agencia de viajes de Valencia, España, busca teleoperador/a de habla hispana nativo/a. Trabajo a distancia. Jornada parcial por horas, obligatoriamente mínimo mañanas de 10.30h -12.30h (hora de Madrid). Condición no negociable (ni ahora, ni nunca) Pago por horas, bonus por objetivos (tras un mes) Mínimo: 10h/semana, pudiendo extenderse a 15h-20h/semana. Funciones: llamadas a clientes existentes 70%, tareas diversas (cotizaciones, actualización cuentas, confección itinerarios...) el resto. Trabajo continuo, de larga duración. Proporcionamos medios técnicos y formación (la formación no será remunerada la primera semana) Requisitos: Obligatorio español nativo, valorable otros idiomas. Conocimientos de telemarketing, mejor si ha sido usuario/a de CRM. Nivel alto de ofimática, incluyendo nivel medio de excel. Valorable: Se valora especialmente formación y experiencia en turismo (hoteles, agencias de viaje, guías...)
