I need 25 telemarketing teams. One telemarketing company for every 2 states in the USA. Callers will be soliciting law office managers and or attorneys (if solo or very small offices) to either use the free service or a $250 nationwide subscription at www.depositionroom.net. Either method, free or paid can result in substantial revenue for the telemarketer.
The site [url removed, login to view] offers the following to solve 4 problems which affect every attorney as it relates to depositions:
1. Calendar coordinator - coordinate (graphically) dates for up to 15 attorneys, panelists, judges, mediators, arbitrators etc. for a trial, mediation or arbitration date. The coordinator was designed to stop having staff waste half a day making calls coordinating calendar dates for depositions, trials, arbs and mediation matters. Each participant logs into an individual password protected calendar coordinator that members create in seconds.
2. Sharing Rooms/Renting Rooms: User can share for free or rent each other’s deposition room space across the state or country for mediations, arbitrations & depositions.
3/4. Controlling Vendor Costs & Scheduling/Tracking Vendors for Depositions: In conjunction with a national [url removed, login to view] search for a meeting/arbitration space, members can search for, interview for costs and book vendors related to a deposition, arbitration, mediation or legal event. Control our costs by interviewing 50 vendors in 1 click.
Here are the requirements:
1. Minimum signs ups: Each telemarketing group must sign up 150 firms per state every 45 days. If you can’t sign up 300 firms, free or paid in your 2 states, every 45 days, I will pull the right to market to those states and your right to receive the one time commission from the lawfirms from those 2 states ends immediately. Of course any firms signed up before terminating the agreement will result in payment for the 1 time commission.
2. PAYING SUBSCRIPTIONS: For lawfirms that sign up in your 2 states while our agreement is active, a commission of $200 will be paid if a law firm selects the paid subscription. Commissions will be paid 45 days after the lawfirm pays the site to avoid charge backs, false registrations, etc. You can check which firms register on the site as I will give access to check. If you sign up 300 paying law firms, the commissions which could results are as follows for a 2 state agreement: 2*150*$200 = $60,000 in commissions. Sign up another 300 paying firms the next 45 days and get another $60,000 in commissions. I’m giving you $200 of the $250 first year subscription fee. This is a 1 time commission per paying law firm. If the agreement is terminated, only paying firms that were registered on the site as paying before the agreement is terminated will result in a commission to the telemarketer.
3. FREE SUBSCRIPTIONS: Telemarketers who can’t convince a lawfirm to spend $250 to use the nationwide search feature or to use the calendar coordinator on their own website can still make significant revenue from signing up free firms as well. If a lawfirm selects to chat with a premium vendor, that vendor pays $1.00 to be able to get a notice from the site that an attorney wants to chat about services. The telemarketers that signed up the lawfirm that causes the chat with a premium vendor will share in that revenue…..so even signing up free lawfirms can generate revenue for the telemarketer. I will share more details on this revenue avenue with telemarketers after you contact me. It will be very, very substantial as attorneys who use the site to book a deposition can chat with up to 50 vendors who can be free or premium…chatting with a premium vendor will result in a revenue share for the telemarketer. If the agreement is terminated, only firms that were registered on the site in the 2 applicable states before the agreement is terminated will continue to be part of a revenue share agreement. This revenue share agreement will be effective for 5 years from the signup.
There are hundreds of thousands of lawfirms in the USA. To earn $30,000 in commissions, you need just 150 firms per state at $200 commission per paying firm. $60,000 in commissions is 300 firms across 2 states.
I will hold telemarketers to the 150 firm minimum per state every 45 days. If you can’t sign up 150 firms in each of the 2 states every 45 days (300 firms across 2 states), then your right to market to those states will be pulled and you will only receive commissions for firms that had signed up before the agreement is terminated. This is a large project, and one that could make the 25 winning bidders quite a bit of money.
The winner of this project must be able to do the following.
1. Generate own leads in the united states for lawfirms. It’s easy to find them.
2. Must be able to write a powerful script, for telemarketing!
3. Must be able to have access to huge numbers of leads--US only
4. You must be able to close all the sales, and have the lawfirms sign up at the website. I do not need a lead generation service, I need closers.
[url removed, login to view] generate free or paying registrants you will need to be very good at running multiple campaigns, prospecting telemarketing, have closers that can close sign ups.
I will not give any marketer the right to more than 2 states unless and until you prove your abilities to me.
There is no other service like this in the usa. There is no competition!!
All the clients/signups are lawfirms in the USA. You are not calling residential #’s…..just businesses…just lawfirms
Finally, I will give the top 10 marketers the right to solicit vendors in addition to lawfirms and make enormous revenue share potential from signing up premium vendors.
