I need a female virtual assistant based in India who can own the entire B2B lead-generation cycle for me. Your main focus is to create and qualify fresh opportunities among mid-sized companies, and the channel that works best for us is straightforward cold calling. You will start by researching target firms, identifying the right decision-makers, and then engaging them by phone to gauge interest in our service. As soon as a prospect shows genuine intent, you’ll record full contact details, call notes, and next steps in my shared Google Sheet (or the CRM you prefer) and schedule a callback or meeting on my calendar. Because this role blends lead generation with light tele-assistant duties, you’ll also handle quick follow-ups, send templated emails when requested, and keep me updated with concise end-of-day summaries. Deliverables (checked weekly): • 50 qualified, contact-verified leads from Indian mid-sized companies • Daily call log with outcome codes (connected, voicemail, follow-up set, etc.) • Calendar entries for every confirmed appointment • A brief Friday report covering total dials, conversions, and any insights that can improve next week’s script I’ll supply the core pitch, basic training, and an outbound call solution if you don’t have one already; you bring a confident phone presence, fluent English & Hindi, and the persistence to turn cold conversations into warm opportunities.
