I am looking for an Indian Sales Representative who specializes in cold calling. The ideal candidate should have intermediate experience in selling retail products. The sales representative will be promoting a specific product. The target industry for this project is retail.
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through cold calling potential customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
Conduct cold calls to prospective customers using provided leads or generated lists.
Present and pitch our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their key benefits and features.
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Effectively address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cold calling or outbound sales role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals and overcome objections.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales activities.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of calls.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
Compensation: The compensation structure for this position includes a base salary plus a commission based on sales performance. The commission range for each sale typically falls between ₹750 and ₹900, depending on the sales value. The more sales you generate, the higher your earning potential.
