Need Calls Made (Urgent)

I am needing one or several people to make calls to get permission to fax an invitation to a seminar. The calls have to be made because it is illegal to fax without permission. Each call will take about 1 mimute to complete. I have around 3000 calls to be made. My budget is for 100.00. So, Please bid accordingly, as for bids too high will not be considered. I need someone to start right away. These calls are across the USA and need to be made during business hours. Clear English is a must for this position. I will be picking someone very soon so please check often for reply. I will require a daily report sent to me and communication is a must you don't communicate the job is closed.
