Looking for 1 person or a team, preferably at an established call center operation with a stable outbound phone connection who will be able to verify orders over the phone.
you will log into CRM, and when an order comes in that needs to be verified, you would call and verify the order was placed by that person and verify the address. all read from a simple script and should get the caller off the phone as quickly as possible.
MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH preferably with no accent.
Preferably able to spoof caller ID or call from an UNAVAILABLE number.
hours are M-F 9AM-5PM PST.
this is a month to month contract.. company is expanding so more reps may need to come on board.
