I am looking for a telecaller to assist with our used car loan and personal loan campaign.
Target Market:
- Individuals looking for used car loans
- Individuals looking for personal loans
- Both used car and personal loan seekers
Duration:
- More than 3 months
Working Hours:
- Less than 20 hours per week
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales
- Knowledge of loan products and services
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions
- Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain loan products and services
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information
- Follow up with interested individuals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
