I'm Adrian Philip R. Dy, 29 years old was Born and raised in Maahas Los Banos, Laguna. Started working 2008 while still finishing my associate's degree in Informatics. I was Data Text Analyst for VCPCS, proof-reading 1800's books and converting it to an xml document. After a year, got my first job in the BPO industry with Genpact where I handled Credit Card collections both inbound and outbound for a top fortune500 company. When I parted ways with Genpact after more than a year, landed a job as a Virtual Assistant for Business Attache Virtual Solutions. Answered emails, Made reservations, and my main job was to call Banks to set-up appointments for my client to present an offer for non-performing notes. When the company closed after staying for almost 2 years, my career took me to Convergys, Alabang. There I was a Tier 2 CSR handling retentions for an aussie telco account. Although, it was short-lived due to my dad having attack and being bed-ridden I made a decision to leave Convergys after 6 months. I've been handling our family business ever since.
As a graduate of Computer Technology and an undergraduate of BSIT, I can easily adapt to any kind of software or programs that I will be using for the Job. I am the kind of person when I do not know something, I will directly tell you I do not know it. However, I always do everything I can to get the answer. And I always get the answer. I have a start-up call center as well with 5 seater.
