Bug Tester/Finder for Notifications Module for Software market place Check Software notifications Module- See Screenshot ( DO NOT TEST THE DASHBOARD DISPLAY ONLY EMAILS W VARIOUS SETTINSG CHANGES). See all Specs attached You must register free to our marketplace ( you register you one user as user A or some user that will set his preferences) you must set some notifications per category and sub category preferences so you will get emails from our system on transactions or offers or requests that matc the criteria you selected in the notifications panel So in order for testing it, best thing to do is to submit new offers or requests under a new username you register w the system : like USER B, user C, etc and submitting an offers or requests that match your first user A you registered with his preferences , and then you see if user A really get the notifications from other users you posted like user B offer or others that match your exact preferences for user A What you need to find out if user A indeed get the daily or weekly or instant matches per the preferences you have set for user A. So you need to test it and show us bugs Show us in each bug User A: Preferences set up for the category or sub category you test USer B: Offer or request that matches User A preferences Then also an email login with Loom or screenshot showing if no email was sent to user A on the matched offers or requests that others like user B and C submitted We need to test and report bugs regrading this preferences Please not same bug again and again try different categories and sub categories in preferences and submit different offers or requests that match those preferences and report the bugs Each bug in his own Zip . not RAR with what we asked above We pay $60 for each bug. Please wait for email of preferences match 10-15 minutes before you say I did not get the email from system on matched offers and requests and report it as a bug. Please also test Requests not just offers Remember in an offers: user A is looking for offers or transactions that match his criteria per category and sub category - he waits for offers match to come to him via email based on schedule of email. Example: USER A: wants to get GPI money transfer offers : Only GPI Auto and from 100 MM to 1 Billion So any offers in system that satisfied USER A parameters of money transfer and GPI offers from 100 MM to 1 Billion will be sent to him The Goal is that the system bring the Sellers/Senders or the providers via email notification to the Buyer/Investor/Receiver... Case 2: in Requests notifications user A: will post his special requests to buy or receive GPI Money transfer and only Auto from 100 MM to 1 Billion in that instance User A Requests will be sent via system to the users Who have Such transactions or offers on the system or they have it in their default references even if the offer is not posted yet The Goal is that the system bring the buyer/receiver/investor requests to the provider/senders via email notification in requests - the system send the preferences of a request to providers unlike case 1 where matched offers sent to the Receiver/Buyer/investor *** Please test our notifications via Different cat and sub categories and see if your user get the notification Remember the goal here is that system does the matching between buyer and a seller in case 1 : all sales offers will be sent to matched buyers based on their preferences for a category and sub category and different params for the offer the goal here is for buyers/investors/receivers have offers on system arrive to them automatically to them without them looking for these offers actively on the system dash board under offers tab and in Case 2: All requests will be sent to matched providers/sellers/funders/Senders who have offers that will match what the buyers are looking for the goal here is for senders and providers to have buyer request arrive automatically to them without them looking for these requests actively on the system dash board under requests tab. We will pay for each bug you find ( Logical functional bug) $60 on system You can freely register on the Site/System we suggest you create a few roles If you create an offer or a request Drop us a line we will approve them from our back office so will be visible on the front end Please remember: Screenshot of user A Preferences you test . Also not if offer or a request and your test with another user showing the offer or the actual request and showing the Bug of either not seeing the email or getting the wrong data We have many bugs We pay $60 right after we test the bug you sent if a bug we set milestone for 2 bugs or $120. do not bid more ! - Exact $120 So we can see you understand the project AFTER SUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION OF YOUR WORK WE CAN MOVE TO MONTHLY SALARY BASED ON SAME RATE FOR OTHER BUGS IN OUR SYSTEM Ongoing . Hello, I have carefully read and understood your requirements, and it will be an honor to work with you. I have over 14 years of experience in QA testing, bug hunting, and end-to-end functional testing of web applications, including notification systems, email triggers, and role-based workflows. I understand your requirement clearly: testing User A preference-based matching against User B/C offers and requests, and validating whether the correct email notifications are triggered or missed. I will execute structured test cases across multiple categories and subcategories, document each logical bug separately with full reproduction steps, screenshots, and email evidence as required. All findings will be validated carefully to ensure they are real functional issues and not duplicates or false positives. Please check my profile to review my ratings, reviews, and past QA/testing projects involving complex workflow and notification systems. I will strictly follow your reporting format including User A settings, User B/C test data, and proof of email delivery or failure. I HAVE QUESTIONS AFTER READING YOUR SPECS: 1. For notification delivery testing, should the 10–15 minute waiting period be applied to Instant, Daily, and Weekly notification schedules, or do Daily/Weekly notifications require waiting for their scheduled batch execution? 2. When creating multiple test users (User A, User B, User C), is there any limit on the number of offers and requests we can submit for testing across categories and subcategories? 3. Will all newly submitted offers and requests require manual approval from your back office before matching and notification processing can occur, or are there specific categories that are auto-approved? I have experience with functional testing, workflow validation, notification systems, email delivery verification, and detailed bug reporting. I will test both Offers and Requests scenarios, verify category/subcategory matching logic, document each bug separately with screenshots/video evidence, and provide the required User A preference settings, matching User B/C submissions, and email verification evidence. Best regards, Zain

I am ready to start and I have read all the provided specifications carefully. I understand the requirement to test only the notifications module and not the dashboard display. I will create User A with defined category/subcategory preferences and verify Case 1 (offers → buyer email notifications). I will also create User B/C to submit matching offers or requests and validate Case 2 (requests → provider notifications). I will document each bug separately with User A preferences, matching User B/C activity, and proof of missing or incorrect emails. I confirm I know where the notifications module is and I am ready to begin testing immediately.

I AM READY TO START AND I READ ALL SPECS! I understand that the focus is strictly on testing the email notifications module and not the dashboard display. I will create multiple user roles (User A, User B, User C), configure notification preferences across different categories and subcategories, submit matching offers and requests, wait the required 10–15 minutes for scheduled notifications, and document only genuine logical/functional bugs. For each bug reported, I will provide: • Screenshot of User A notification preferences tested • Evidence of the matching offer/request created by User B/C • Email inbox proof (or absence of expected email) • Clear reproduction steps and expected vs. actual behavior • Separate ZIP file for each unique bug (no duplicates) I understand the payment terms of $60 per verified notification bug and the initial milestone of $120 for two confirmed bugs. I am ready to register on the system, locate the Members → My Notifications area, begin testing immediately after reviewing the ZIP materials, and notify you when offers/requests require back-office approval.

I AM READY TO START AND I READ ALL SPECS! Before starting, I have a few questions after reviewing your requirements: Will the ZIP file contain the website URL and detailed notification specifications, or should I register on the platform immediately? For Instant, Daily, and Weekly notifications, do you want each schedule tested separately and reported as individual bugs if failures occur? Should User A, User B, and User C use separate email accounts to fully validate notification delivery? Are there any categories/subcategories that should be prioritized first, or should I test across multiple categories to maximize coverage? For bug submissions, do you require one ZIP per bug containing: User A preference screenshots User B/C offer or request screenshots Email inbox evidence Reproduction steps Expected vs. actual results Is Loom preferred for all bug reports, or are screenshots acceptable when the issue is clearly reproducible? I understand the goal of the Notifications module: Offers must automatically reach matching buyers/investors/receivers based on their preferences. Requests must automatically reach matching providers/sellers/senders based on their preferences and existing offers. Testing must focus on email notifications and matching logic, not dashboard display. Once I receive access to the ZIP materials, I will begin testing immediately.

Hi there! I have carefully read your project about testing the notifications module for your marketplace system. I understand the issue is that email notifications may not be matching user preferences correctly or missing completely. I have strong experience in QA testing for marketplace platforms, especially in notification systems, email automation, and user role based testing. I have tested similar systems where User A and User B matching logic, filters, and scheduled email alerts were critical. I am also experienced in identifying functional bugs in backend triggers and notification workflows. My approach will be to create multiple test users like User A, User B, and User C and set different category and subcategory preferences. I will then submit matching offers and requests to validate if emails are triggered correctly. I will test instant, daily, and weekly notification flows separately. I will carefully compare expected vs actual results and document every issue clearly with proof. Each bug will include user setup, test scenario, screenshots, and email evidence. check our work https://www.freelancer.com/u/ayesha86664 Do you want us to also validate timezone and scheduling delays in email delivery? Hello, let's build a beautiful future together. I understand that you are looking for a Bug Tester/Finder to test the Notifications Module for your Software marketplace. The main goal is to ensure that User A receives notifications based on the preferences set up for categories and subcategories when offers or requests from other users (like User B) match those preferences. The focus is on testing different categories and subcategories to identify logical functional bugs in the system. To achieve this, I will register on your marketplace, set up preferences for User A, submit offers or requests as User B, and verify if notifications are correctly sent. I will provide detailed bug reports for each identified issue, including screenshots of User A's preferences, the matching offer/request from User B, and evidence of the bug (e.g., missing emails). My experience in testing software modules, identifying bugs, and ensuring system functionality aligns well with the requirements of this project. I am ready to start testing and have thoroughly reviewed all the specifications provided in the attached ZIP materials. I am prepared to assist in improving the Notifications Module and look forward to discussing the details further. Best regards, Rahul S.
