I’m building a 500 VA Home Inverter and need an experienced engineer / consultant to refine the entire circuit design. I already have a rough block diagram and basic requirements; what I’m missing is a rock-solid schematic that can be taken straight into PCB layout. Here’s what I’m looking for: • Validate and optimise the topology (full-bridge or push-pull—open to your recommendation) for a pure-sine output. • Size and select magnetics, switching devices and gate-drive arrangements so the design runs cool and efficiently at 500 VA. • Provide complete schematics with all component values, protection circuitry and control logic. • Run SPICE simulations (LTspice, PSpice or similar) to demonstrate THD, efficiency and thermal margins under full and partial load. • Brief notes on EMI/EMC considerations and how the design can scale if I later step up toward 1 kW. Deliverables I need from you: 1. Finalised circuit schematic in PDF and native CAD format (KiCad, Altium or OrCAD). 2. Simulation files with clearly labelled test points and plots. 3. A concise design report summarising key calculations, assumptions and test results. I can share my preliminary diagram and performance targets once we start.
