=> Overview: We have 2 new houses we are building on 1 block and require some landscape designs. The houses will be rented out so we are looking for low maintenance but attractive garden beds. => Details: The gardens must be drought tolerant, and be Australian natives. Plant selection is not so crucial as we can get advice from our local nursery. What we are predominantly after is the layout and any features. We want to use liquid limestone for driveway and alfresco areas. We would like to use pea gravel for low traffic areas eg. Down the side of the house. We would like the design to incorporate the following: • Grass area • Garden beds around the house • Greenary around the outdoor alfresco areas • Plants along the driveway The designs should be suitable for West Australian conditions. => What we can provide: Site plans Elevations Photo's of the site including houses and bare soil areas. => Deliverables: Landscape design plans including: Garden beds Grass areas Plant selections Materials Measurements Irrigation plans 2D rending would be nice but not required
