babylonjs Developer for loading 3D scene with dynamic texture application

1) Given a 3D model in GLTF/GLB/standard format, load the scene

2) Provide real-time flexibility to change wall colors, Wall Papers, Floor/Wall/Countertop Tiles, doors [ essentially flat surfaces ]

2) Ability to change the grout or border color at runtime

3) Ability to apply patterns to the walls/floor/countertop

4) The colors & textures to be loaded from already developed APIs for dynamic application on the scene

5) Should be viewable as 3D Walk through, VR (using headset), WebVR etc

6) Looking for babylonjs or threejs developer with good attitude and quick turnaround
