you probably have to do the setup again as the mesh changes so the fluent solver needs to be either updated with the new mesh or require to set it up again.

Hi, i am Aerospace engineer with extensive experience in CFD analysis. If you geometry has same surfaces/faces and edges and you are only changing its dimensions then you can easily use same fluent setup setting without doing manually again and again. If you are adding any new surfaces/faces and edges then it will might create new walls and zones and required to apply bc's manually.

Hi I don’t have to much experience in fluent, but I try to help you: I use FloEFD Unigraphics Siemens. If you update the geometry (without changing all), and you have a boundary condition linked to certain face or body the boundary condition is actualized automatically, this is posible since the CFD soft is fully embedded with the cad Soft (NX). I think is not the case of Fluent which is part of Ansys Package (the same happens with Femap in Siemens technology). In this cases when you change geometry model is remeshed so all nodes and elements are renumbered all numbers linked to boundary condition are lost so you have to change manually boundary condition, if there is an api in Fluent you can try programming a Macro for assign boundary condition to certain zone but I have to see the model to tell you it is possible.
