3D drawings of a cottage exterior

I need to hire someone to create a couple of 3D architectural drawings.

I need a 3D lifelike image of a model home with a guest cottage for a real estate development. I need exterior models. I have photos of the house and a floor plan and a background photo of the lot property. I just need somebody that is familiar with doing architectural exterior renderings.

I'll need about 3 images (front, side, back) of the cottage. This is part of a 15-home development project, so more work can come if this first project is successful.
