I have a 3D mesh that represent buildings supplied from an orthoimagery service. When I apply the toon outline in Maya the diagonal faces also receive the toon. The mesh has unwanted polygons sitting upon each other which need removed.
I have attempted to cleanup the mesh, optimize it and merge vertices which was unsuccessful. You may have to build new mesh and use the file provided as a template. I've attached a screen shot of how the toon looks - not the desired look.
