I have the primary item designed but i lack the technical capability to add the final feature. At the bottom of my gear I need two rows of ramped wedge forms (similar to the wedges in a wedgelock washer but smaller and more of them). The outer ring has the wedges sloping down counter clockwise and the inner ring has the wedges sloping down clockwise. THe entire bottom surface is pitched at a 3 deg taper.
