I need 7 High Quality Photorealistic Renderings + Video HD DEADLINE IS MAY 16 9 PM COLOMBIAN TIME BUDGET: USD $800 I would like to hire you for 8 photorealistic architectural renderings: 1. Front Facade (main house) 2. Back facade (Duplex and Nursery) 3. Living Room (main house) 4. Courtyard With Green Wall (main house) 5. Dining/Kitchen (main house) 6. Master Bedroom (main house) 7. Master Bathroom (main house) 8. Dining/Living (Duplex) Architectural Walkthrough Video (2 Parts): -Starting in the front Facade, Going into the building and moving into and around every space of the main house. -Starting in the back facade and moving into and around every space of the Kindergarten and Duplex apartment. I provide all drawings and samples. You will model and render. The renders and the video will have a high quality of materials, details, furniture, lights, etc. Please look closely to the reference images and their locations on the guide. Every reference image shows everything the rendering should have including materials, finishes, geometry, furniture, fixtures, lights, vegetation, etc. Please take into consideration that there is going to be some design on your part while choosing furniture, materials, and decorations. This is a high end project. Modern but minimalistic look is desired. There will be SOME interior design freedom for you on things that are not detailed in the drawings. But i do need you to stick to the reference image materials, furniture, and overall aesthetics. I am providing: 1. DWG Drawings: Floorplans 1-3, Section, Front Facade 2. PDF Drawings 3. Reference Images Folder 4. PDF Guide of Renderings. 5. Sample renderings of the desired quality. 6. Previous Renderings of the same project for reference. (Design has changed since that version) You can chose the camera angles for each shot. I trust you have a good eye. I'll just need to check them before you render.
