We provide a lifting solution for pipe maintenance contractors working for the petrochemical plant owners to specifically maintain corrosion a the pipe contact support areas. For marketing purposes we want to be able to describe the pipe jacking sequence and methodology to prospective plant owners and contractors.

We would provide CAD drawings of the tools, and we require someone to model a pipe rack with 8 pipes on it across supports at 3 meter intervals. When we lift a pipe rack the lifting curve will go across 6 supports with lifting jacks installed.
Two of the supports will be at working height, with two each at the leading and trailing ends.
We want to model a movement of the lifting curve, which involves physically moving the jacks on the far trailing support and installing them onto the leading support, and then adjusting downwards in height the resulting two trailing supports and the No. 2 leading support jacks must be increased in height.
This is the sum total of the animation required.
I have attached our e-brochure as well as a presentation summarising our solution and also a picture of a pipe rack. it is something like this which we would develop the 3D model for.
