Rhino Plugin developer - No chinese

Hey there! We're building a solution allowing to apply your fingerprint to custom created pieces of jewelry.
Right now we're searching for a developer who has experience working with Rhino tool to manipulate .3dm files.
It would be beneficial if you had experience developing Rhino plugins.
What you will need to achieve:
1. We need to add some image masking on existing .3dm files through c#/javascript and show it on a web page.
2. After .3dm is masked, we need to save it on a specific location and pick the same file for preview on a web browser
Other requirements:
* Good command of English
* Able to work at least 1-2h a day during morning Pacific time zone
