Scripted IK/FK auto-rig for 3DS Max

I have been working on a script that will automatically generate an IK/FK rig for 3DS Max based on a series of user-generated splines. The rig is almost complete, but there are a few issues that remain to be solved. I would like to have this finished as soon as possible, but am currently too busy to find the solutions on my own.

The script is separated into two parts. The first generates the rig, and the second allows for it to be animated in the desired manner. It is the second part of the script that is giving me trouble. Since the majority of the work has already been done, I feel that someone who is proficient in MAXScript should be able to get it completed in a very short time. However, since I am a self-taught MAXScript programmer, some of the functions that are currently part of the script may be inefficient or unorthodox. If, after reading through the code, you feel that major changes are necessary, we can discuss that as part of the pricing.
