Fine Dining Waitstaff Needed

I run an upscale restaurant and I’m looking for an experienced waiter who can carry our dinner service with the polish expected in a fine-dining room. Each evening you will greet guests, guide them through the menu, record and enter orders accurately, then serve every course with proper timing and presentation. You will also look after reservations and settle bills through our POS, ensuring the checkout process feels as seamless and gracious as the meal itself. Dinner is our peak period, so I need someone who is comfortable managing a full section from 6 pm onward, staying composed when the room is at capacity. Sound knowledge of wine and food pairings, familiarity with silver-service etiquette, and a confident, hospitable manner are all essential.
