I need an experienced assistant manager who can take full ownership of our team-supervision duties that relate to training and development, with a special emphasis on compliance and policy training. Day-to-day you will analyse current gaps, design engaging programmes that keep us audit-ready, and coach team leads so they can reinforce the content on the floor. You will work closely with me to set objectives, schedule sessions, and track completion rates, then translate the data into clear action plans for continuous improvement. Because the role centres on compliance, you should already be confident navigating regulatory guidelines and turning complex policies into practical, easy-to-apply lessons for staff at all levels.
