Hi, I'd like to take this on. I'd shape the learning arc around Tuckman's stages of group development (forming, storming, norming, performing), a simple, well-known framework that doesn't require certification to use well, moving from trust-building exercises to structured problem-solving to reflection and commitment-setting. I don't run DISC or MBTI myself; those are best left to someone certified in them, but I do have real experience facilitating interactive sessions for groups this size through teaching and mentoring work, so I'm comfortable holding a room and keeping people engaged rather than lecturing. I'll deliver a timed workshop blueprint (in-person and Zoom/Miro ready), editable participant materials, clear facilitator notes, live facilitation of one session, and a short after-action review with feedback and improvement notes.

A great team-building workshop makes people talk, collaborate, experiment, laugh, reflect – and leave doing something differently.
