I’m past the beginner stage—I can set up and run standard bags—but I want to master every dial, sensor and knife adjustment that affects accuracy, speed and waste when the machine is configured for medical-grade paper. The sessions should cover: • Complete start-to-finish change-over to flat pharmacy formats • Fine-tuning tension, temperature and glue stations for sterile-grade paper • Real-time demonstration of quality checks, inline printing alignment and stack delivery • Recommended maintenance routines that keep the line running continuously at high output By the end I expect a repeatable SOP, the ideal parameter sheet for my specific model, and a short troubleshooting checklist I can hand to my operators. Training can be onsite or live video, as long as I can watch the machine while you explain each step and you can field questions on the spot.
