Our quality cell runs a Mitutoyo Crysta-APEX S7106 CMM equipped with a PolyWorks inspection and probe package, and I want to sharpen the skills of one to two intermediate-level operators. The session must cover the full workflow, starting with a quick refresher on basic machine operation, moving into more advanced measurement techniques (complex GD&T, multi-datum alignments, probe qualification best practices), and finishing with practical software usage inside PolyWorks—report generation, macro creation, and data export routines. I can make the machine, fixtures, and current part programs available so the training is completely hands-on and relevant to our day-to-day parts.
