Regional leaders must learn from scratch how to make money on small-scale medical procurement. We need some short training on this topic, with reviews, and it's inexpensive. We need more than just short training on what Federal Laws 44 and 223 are. The goal is different: regional leaders must learn from scratch how to make money on small-scale medical procurement. What exactly are we looking for: 1. Training for suppliers, not customers. We don't need training on how to conduct procurement on the hospital side. We need training on how a supplier company can find procurement opportunities, participate in them, win them, and fulfill them. 2. Focus specifically on small-scale procurement. We are interested in small-volume procurement: - Federal Law 44 - 223 - E-commerce sites - EAT Beryozka - Supplier Portal - Regional small-scale procurement - Purchases of up to 600,000 rubles and above, if they are made through online platforms. 3. Medicine is a must. We need examples of medical goods, medical devices, consumables, and goods for hospitals, clinics, and social institutions. Not a training course about construction, office supplies, and general tenders. 4. Training should be as practical as possible. We don't need theory for theory's sake. The training should cover: - where to look for small purchases - how to set up a regional search - how to search for purchases that match our product range - how to analyze a customer - how to understand whether it's worth participating - how to calculate margins - how to prepare a proposal - how to correctly fill out product cards - how to work with online stores - how to participate in a purchasing session - how to avoid losing out on paperwork - how to communicate with the customer before and after the purchase - how to build repeat sales - how to turn small purchases into a permanent sales channel. 5. A practitioner is needed. Ideally, this should be a person or company that personally supports suppliers and actually wins procurement contracts. Not just a law professor, but a practitioner with case studies. What needs to be done: 1. Find 5-7 training options or practitioners. 2. For each option, collect: - name - link - price - format - duration - who is the teacher - is there a module on small purchases - is there a module on medicine - is there practice on real purchases - do they provide recordings - is it possible to ask questions about our products - is it possible to conduct separate training for our team - is there support after the training 3. Separately clarify with the organizers: We need to train the heads of regions of a company supplying medical products. The goal is to learn how to find, win and systematically process small purchases under 44-FZ and 223-FZ, including e-commerce sites. Is your course suitable? Are there practical assignments on real purchases? Is it possible to analyze our product range and our regions? 4. Don't just offer me a course on 44-FZ. I need an option after which the regional manager will be able to go out and start bringing in money. Ideal training result: Each regional manager after the training should be able to: - find a purchase - evaluate,Is it profitable or not - understand the requirements - prepare for participation - avoid mistakes - win - execute - return the customer to repeat purchases. First, collect the options, then offer me 2-3 of the best. Online training is needed. The price range is normal, that is, not too expensive, but not cheap either, so that all or most of the points are covered.
