I'm in search of a professional virtual receptionist who can handle my business volume in an efficient and reliable way. The ideal candidate will be tasked with: - Answering calls: Must be able to professionally manage incoming calls, redirecting them as needed and providing general information to callers. - Taking messages: Should accurately transcribe voicemails and properly dispatch the information to the intended recipients. Expectations: - Communication Channel: Phone calls are the primary channel of communication you'll be handling. Proficiency in call handling and basic phone etiquette is therefore crucial. - Language Proficiency: You should be proficient in English and able to relay messages accurately and professionally. Experience: - Proven track record as a virtual receptionist or similar - Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills - Strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, and remain professional under pressure. Only a two or three calls expected per month. The job is only for two months.
