Your responsibilities will include writing the manuals and training users on how to get the most out of jBilling. You will need to have top-notch communication skills in both spoken and written English.? You should be able to switch seamlessly between the two sides of jBilling - users and developers - as you will be the liaison between the customer and the jBilling technical team. Talking to customers to understand their business scenarios will be a daily activity. Then you will talk with the jBilling technical team to explain the requirements of different business scenarios to them in 'jBilling language".? Essential Functions and Skills • Technical writing about complex enterprise software • Train users on how to use jBilling • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. • Provide advice, suggestions and solutions to organizations on how to use jBilling. • Ability to explain complicated things in a simple way that anyone (experts and laymen) can understand. • Produce diagrams, manuals and other material to help train users. • Travel time: occasional traveling required
