We are a grower, packer and shipper of peaches, plums and nectarines located in the Central Valley of California. Visit us at prima.com.
We are located in California so we would be working according to Pacific Time Zone. During our busiest months (May-Nov), we would need someone working Monday through Saturday and sometimes Sunday.
We work late nights as well during these months. We would be working from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.
If you believe this to be a problem, we may be able to work something out. We would handle our own transcribing on Sunday and on weekdays after 10:00 p.m.
We are searching for real-time transcribing services. By real-time, I mean that an online record would need to be created within minutes of a voice-mail recording being posted. When the online forms are completed, there are automatic notifications that we have in place that cause certain actions to occur.
Our supervisors and managers currently document discussions with employees or report operational issues via voicemails. These voicemails are then forwarded to an employee who converts these audio messages into written online records.
Rather than creating these online records on our own, we would like to outsource this task. Would you be able to perform the transcribing functions as described below and what would be the cost for doing so?

TASK DESCRIPTION
The voice messages would be recorded in either English or Spanish. Estimate that about 2/3s of the recordings would be in English and 1/3 would be in Spanish. All online records would have to be completed in English regardless of the language used within the audio file.
If it would be more efficient and therefore less costly, we could post all Spanish messages to one voicemail box and all English voice messages to a different mailbox.
The vast majority of the time, the recordings would be about 1 minute to 1.5 minutes long.
Estimate about 30 to 40 voice messages would be posted each day but as we become more accustomed to this service, I could see more divisions of our companies using this service to report operational issues.
There are typically two types of events we record; 1) Disciplinary Actions and 2) Operational/mechanical issues.

Payment will be processed in milestone. Please bid total price for all 5 months (May 15th to October 1st).
