Take my videos and create a menu - SIMPLE JOB

Hello my friends, I hope all is well. I have an idea for something that I want to do and I want to know if you can do it. If you look at this video you'll see that it has a MENU on the left hand side that lets the view select which part of the video he wants to look at. [login to view URL] How do you do this? Do I have to create MULTIPLE short videos and link them all to the menu? Can this be done with JW Player? I think so right? How much will you charge and what will you need from my end?
