English to French audio recording (voice over) for youtube videos

I have a popular Youtube video to show viewers how to make orders through Ebay. I am interested in having someone do an audio translation (voice over) of my English videos into French. The result would be an .mp3 audio file. The video is around 11 mins. I would then overlay this audio on top of my video files to create French Youtube tutorial. The translators usually view/listen-to the video a few times to get familiar with it, then record their audio (listening to my English in earphones) as they watch the video so that their translation remains in synch with the video. If you are interested in this project, let me know. I can then give you link to my Youtube video. The voice over does not have to be an actor. Any person who can speak clearly in French and translate the basic information that I am conveying will be acceptable.
