Please indicate the rate you require in USD not RMB.
I will pay you *in advance* between 5 USD to 7 USD per hour (at current exchange rates that is roughly 34 RMB to 48 RMB per hour). Therefore, you will not risk being swindled by me but instead I will risk being swindled by you. If you want a higher rate please don't bid on this job.
You must currently live in China (not Hong Kong, not Macau, and not Taiwan).
On an ongoing basis, I need a virtual assistant to help me about 2 hours per day (40 hours per month) with a variety of administrative assistant (secretarial) tasks.

Here is my current task I need help with.
I want to a hire a full-time Chinese electronics assembly technician. However, I do not want to go to the effort and expense of opening up an office in China. The electronics can be easily assembled from a person's home.
For the last several years I have had electronics assembled in China by various companies. Initially these companies are very enthusiastic to work with me. However, because my volume is fairly low (perhaps 220 hours per month), my requirements change frequently, and I require many daily quality assurance videos and photographs sent to me over the Internet, the companies tend to become tired of working with me. I'm tired of receiving delays, excuses, and low quality products from companies that are not very interested in working with me.
Therefore, I want to hire a full-time Chinese electronics assembly technician who assembles electronics from his or her home in China. This person will work 10 hours per day, 22 days per month (220 hours per month). I will pay person will receive a monthly salary of 4000 RMB. This monthly salary would be paid daily GetAFreelancer. The electronics assembly technician would retrieve cash from a local ATM machine . I know that 40000 RMB is a very high wage for an assembly technician in China. I realize that even in expensive cities like Xiamen and Shenzhen 3000 RMB is considered a good wage.
I am not an rich ignorant foreigner who walks down streets paved with gold. Therefore, please don't waste my time trying to mislead me about wages and prices in China. Many people who have responded to my advertisements on GetAFreelancer have wasted my time by asking for outrageously high rates because obviously they assume I am ignorant.
Each day, I will pay the electronics assembly technician via GetAFreelancer *in advance* the US dollar equivalent of 182 RMB (22 days * 182 RMB per day = 4004 RMB). I repeat: I will pay the electronics assembly technician *prior* to each day this person works. Therefore the electronics assembly technician will not risk being swindled by me. How would I be able to swindle a person I am paying in advance? Furthermore, I will be sending the electronic assembly technician components to assemble. If I am paying the electronic assembly technician in advance and sending the electronic assembly technician my components then I am the one who risks being swindled, not the electronic assembly technician. In other words, there are many scams on the Internet. This is not one of them.
I would not provide any benefits whatsoever nor would I withhold any taxes whatsoever. I would simply pay the person the US dollar equivalent of 182 RMB *in advance.*
I realize that most electronics assembly technicians in China are poor peasants who have recently relocated to a city in search of jobs. These people do not typically use the Internet to look for jobs and of course do not read and write English. Therefore, I would need you to help me both recruit and manage these people.
If you are interested in working with me please let me know how you suggest I recruit such people.
