Dear Aakanksha Singh,
I have seen your job posting, then gone through the website, and found it is very interesting. Thus it would be a great opportunity to get involved in this project. Let me introduce myself a bit, I am a native Thai speaker and a graduate from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. I am proficiency in Thai as a native, and English is not my barrier at all. Even I have received my degree in Cultural and Creative Industries which are not very relevant to the this, I find the content on your website is very useful and I am always open-minded for any new knowledge and experiences.
To be honest, I am still new to this translating path. I have worked on some small projects to translate and transcript from both Thai-English and English-Thai. I currently work on an ongoing part-time project of content localisation as a freelance for a techy company based in Sweden. Hence, I still have time enough to work on new stuff to gain more experiences. I am not sure if you are looking for an experience one or not, I will keep pushing my luck. Also, thank you for sharing. As I have told earlier, the website is wonderful. It is still a great source for me whether or not I am chosen for this opportunity.
Hope to have an opportunity to work together. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or if my qualification matches your interest. Thank you for your time and your consideration.
Regards,
Wanrudee
