Hello, I am looking for a simultaneous interpretation, English to Spanish, though there may be a little Spanish to English also, for a training course to take place in Madrid City Centre on Nov 18th. This will be from 09:30 to 18:00 with a least three breaks during the day. There will be approximately 20 participants though not all will need the interpretations.
The training course is for a referees in a sport that you are probably not familiar with. You will be given a list of key terms with their translations beforehand and there will be some bilingual people available to advise on terminology. Interpretation equipment (headsets etc,) will be required.
Please provide a quote for the full simultaneous translation for the entire day plus any equipment required. Bids that do not have all that informtation will be deleted
