Translate from English or German to Dutch

I need to translate a 2 page website and 6 mailers from english or german (i have it in both languages) to Dutch. You can bid if you know either one of these languages.
The translation has to be very high quality, no exceptions. All translations will be checked by a professional proofreader and will not be accepted if not in high quality.
Im not sure exactly about the number of words because some of the content is implemented on images. The whole work should take a few hours.
If everything goes well, i need to translate a whole website and a daily work of articles writing and translation is a possibility.
