We need the attached 13 forms ([url removed, login to view]) translated from English to Simplified Chinese.
We do not need you to recreate the form, we just need the words and phrases translated. To make your job much easier and faster, we have already pulled all of the words and phrases from these forms and placed them in an excel spreadsheet. We will provide you with the spreadsheet once you have been awarded the project. Please place the translated word or phrase next to the original English phrase.
If you need to understand the context of a word, phrase, or abbreviation, you can sort “Column A” of the table in Ascending Order, starting from 1. You will see each phrase is taken in order from the form it corresponds to. Each form is separated by the title of the form highlighted in orange. You can then resort back to alphabetical order, sort “Column B” to Ascending Order.
We have made your job easier by sorting these words and phrases alphabetically in the spreadsheet so that you can translate once and copy into all of the remaining duplicates. There are many duplicate words and phrases across these documents, such as “Name”, “Address”, “Alien Registration Number (A-Number) (if any)”, “American Indian or Alaska Native”, etc. Because of all of these duplicates, there is quite a bit less to be translated. We started to highlight all of the duplicate phrases in red, to show that they are duplicates, but realized that wasn’t necessary. So ignore the red highlighting. It may help some as it will show you the duplicates up to the letter “i”.
If you have any questions about this work, feel free to message me. I will always respond within a day, but most likely quicker.
