Website + Stories Translation

Hi I'm looking for LONG TERM translators for a children website.
The work needed will be, translating all the content from the website, and most particularly Stories for children. The website gives the opportunity to children to create their own stories, and also some interactive stories.
We are looking to include as many languages as possible. (really limited budget for now), but this will grow as our website grow.
We have for now approximatively 20000 words, and this will keep growing as we will continuously add stories during the years... 1 stories to give you an idea is around 1000 words, it can be more for the interactive stories. And maybe in the future some social media content to translate.
For now the targeted languages are ( Spanish, Chinese simplify, Italian open to other languages, to get an idea about price ranges, to keep in our folder) This is a really LONG TERM PROJECT, and not a one shot project!
If you are not a translator but just do it as a subsidary job please don submit.
Before choosing a translator, we will have to discuss! a good connection will be the priority here.
We will need you to do a test translation for us to see if you're writing skills feet our expectation.
The file attached contain 2 type of text, one for the website with parents as target, and one part is the story, children are the audience.
Please provide quotation for 20000 words, for me to have an idea.
Possibility to do the translation from french or english to the destination languages.
All the content that would be share to you is under legal law and can't be share anywhere or to anyone else.
